I don't know either of them and not that I'm an expert ... but. The not-corky one has a    48   stamped above the riser.

It has the faded symbol ... the "Corky" bow that's all the mark it has on it.

The price was right for $5.00 each ....

I have a Corky and it shoots out of this world. It has been one of the keepers for a long time. Yours is only the second I have seen so they are rare for sure. Jim

the Corky has a chip out of the back of the riser  :(

could be Dremeled offf and radiused I imagine ... hmmmm

The other bow appears to be a old Howatt Sharpshooter.

I also have a custom by Corky.

The only info I have found was that it was made in California in the late 50's.  Mine is 70 inches and has Static tips. I will try to dig a picture.

Ok it normally hangs on the to peg here! I will get pics though.

It has red woven glass and a striped riser.  Very cool bow!
Relax,

You'll live longer!

Corky is the bowyers first name.........don't remember his last name, and he is/was from southern cal. I had one of his bows years ago..........yes it was a good shooter.
That bow with the white tape looks like a bow currently listed on the unmentionable auction site.
