I have a simple solution to convert a Bear tape on quiver to a strap on. All you need is a pair of Great northern replacement strap. Take the rear end of the straps (the double end with the slit) and stretch it so that it slides over the quiver tabs. Doing this also provides a rubber base so the metal of the quiver doesn't touch the bow finish. Now just wrap the strap around the bow and tuck in the loose end. Viola!!
Rock solid and dead quiet. I will take some pics in the morning and post them so you'll see what I mean more clearly.
Do not follow where the path may lead.  Go, instead, where there is no path and leave a trail.

Okay, so here are the pics. This is the end of the Great Northern strap that I stretched over the quiver tabs...

It'll look like this when done

Simply wrap the strap around the bow and tuck in the tail end...
Do not follow where the path may lead.  Go, instead, where there is no path and leave a trail.

Charlie, If it makes you feel any better the tape on won't fit the 66 Kodiak cause the riser is too long. But it fits my Big River '59 Kodiak just right.   :goldtooth:

Great idea Fred! The quiver looks familiar for some reason.
