QuoteIs there a story behind them?

I got most of then over the years at yard sales and flea markets and just stached them away with the thought of getting back into traditional archery at some point in the future. I started archery as a kid in the 50's and stayed with it for many years but drifted away. Now I'm shooting again and decided to to put these to use again. I've had new strings made for most of them. I've also got a 68 Bear Super Kokiak that's my favorite, I'm having a string made for it.

In the end, it is not the years in your life that count. It's the life in your years. Abraham Lincoln.

Nice collection.

Keep in mind that an attic MAY not really be the ideal spot for storage of bows. Even here in the mild NW summers, my attic can get really warm.  Excessive heat can play havoc with some old bows, and your collection looks like it's worth keeping.

Thanks for the heads up Lon, I'll keep them down stairs from now on. I don't have much space in the small house I'm in but I'll find room.
