Anyone familar with these vintage reproductions bows? How do they compare?

AALLFAB

I like Holcomb best but rare and expensive. Saxon is not bad with a kodiak the guy that makes Griffins has a pretty good one and there is a company in colorado Vintage Bows that makes probably the second best after Holcomb

Bjorn

I had a '57 Kodiak done by Holcomb-beautiful bow and a great shooter. I would try to get a hold of whatever one you pick and shoot it enough to know it is what you like.

Migra Bill

Love my Holcomb 59 Kodiak Special Repro.

That bow is so friggin nice I sure wish I could find one to add to my favorite keepers. Jim

If that bow shoots anything like it looks then you have got something there. What a beauty.

Check out Holmmade Traditional bows.  Chad has a Kodiak Grip for his Curve that looks pretty sweet.

One of Ed's 1960 Kodiak Deluxe reproductions

Peckerwood

Here is a Holcomb Wing P2 replica. I have owned his 57 and 59 replica Bear  bows and all are great shooters.

NO matter where you go there you  are !

mullet

Physically heavy. It is 48# but shoots like it's 55#. I normally shoot 55-60#.
