Well, add this one to the "vintage tackle" thread of what I said I'd be using this Fall.  Just snagged it off the auction for those who were watching it.  I'm kind of excited to get this one here, looks like it has some character in the wood grain.

OldSkoolArcher

Looks like a nice '64.

I had my eye on it but didn't bid. Good Score.

Jack Shanks

Congratulations! I know the guy that was the second highest bidder on that one.

The most important part of your hunting setup is the broadhead.  The rest is just the delivery system.

I didn't even see that one.  It does have some grain in it too.  Specs?

45#.  I wish it was a little heavier, but with that it'd been a little more expensive too.  The guy had it listed as a Kodiak Hunter for some reason.  It came with those arrows, that bow case, and maybe with some luck that glove or armguard will have a Bear emblem.

Ya nailed a nice one.

I have gotten some really nice bows cheap becasue they were labled wrong or the pictures were crappy.

It's like buying a  pig in a poke...sometimes ya get a dang good pig.
