71 or 72 is my guess without a pic.

That would put it closer to 1975 than 1970, I would think; but someone else can likely place it right on.

I agree with Bjorn, a 1975 with the blue stripe.

1975- blue stripe on riser,blue overlays on tips and white overlays on riser. 1976- all blue overlays,blue stripe. Hope this helps

yellowbow all overlays are white tip and riser.
