A couple of questions about vintage arrows for y'all.

1. When feathers are damaged (bug eaten) on true vintage arrows, can/should the fletching be replaced? If yes, use vintage components, correct?

2. How does one tell if unmarked arrows are genuinely "Bear" or "Ben Pearson", etc. and not just someone using "the right" components to make their own arrows?

Thanks.
