Nah, its only at 3/4 draw there, he could get it a bit further. LOL

I bet it's quiet at that brace height

If you look at the picture where the bow is flat on the deck, it looks like the brace is the same as two widths of the decking.  If it is a standard 2x6 (5 1/2 actual width) cedar decking, the brace is about 10-11".  

I wonder how much longer the string would need to be in order to lower to a more realistic 8"?
