Turned 46 yesterday, and have 45 days of no smoking under my belt, after 25 yrs @ a pack and 1/2 a day.

To celebrate (and thank everyone) I would like to make a custom vertical bow rack for someone, I can't post pictures, because I will need to know how many bows (up to 10) and how wide the winner wants it made (6' max).
It will look like a giant arrow with either a oversized Razorhead or Deadhead BH, shaft and fletching colors are also up to winner.
Mounting hardware included.

Hope everyone puts there name in the hat.
My son will pick a name next Friday night (5/08)

Thanks for all the help over the years

Kurt...Congrads on that BD...and its one of the best things that you can do for yourself.I stopped back in 85....
You can put my name in the hat for sure...Sounds like that will turn out real cool...I don't have much luck in winning these things but I'll give it a shot     ;)     Bill

Kurt- Happy Birthday and kudos on the habit. Got down to 1/2 pack per day and can't get past the last hurdle myself. I've done some stupid things in my life but smoking has to top everything else. Oh, yeah, put my name in the pot and thanks.                   Grant Young

Congrats Kurt

Quittin' Smokin' ain't so hard...I done it hundreds of times.  Staying quit...now that's another issue.

One piece of advice that I think evryone will agree on.  Once you have quit, never, never, never touch another one.  If you smoke one, just to see how it will be, you will be smokin' again.  I know this from first hand experience, again, and again, and again.

Many X smokers will tell you that they could pick one up right now, no matter how long they have quit.  If you do...you're done.

Remember, you're not an X Smoker...you're a Smoker in recovery...for the rest of your life.

Put my name in.

The most important part of your hunting setup is the broadhead.  The rest is just the delivery system.

My experience quitting for good was 12 years ago.I watched my father in-law suffer and eventually die from emphysema.I did eventually smoke a cigerette after a couple months and even though I thought I really wanted one it reminded me why I quit. The best advice I can give you is make the habit NOT smoking and it will be easier.

YOU CAN DO IT!!! GOOD LUCK!!!

Add me to the list. Thanks Ron

Please what ever you do stay off the cigs! I am watching my mother slowley kill herself by still smoking! She is 65, on oxygen 24/7, can't walk the length of her house without almost passing out and hacking up whats left of her lungs! Congrats on making up your mind to finally quit!

Please add my name in the hat.

Two things
This is not the bow rack, made with broken bows.It is a oversize looking arrow with places for your bow's to hang vertically.

Anyone trying to quit any nicotine product, try chantix. It is amazing.

            Thanks Kurt
