Can someone help me out here. I've been looking at puchasing a Bear Recurve bow, but I want to know what year it was manufactured in first. The numbers that have been written on the bow are 3588F, AMO-60" 45#. Any and all information that can be provided is greatly appreciated.

Is it a Kodiak, GRizzly, Kodiak Hunter, etc... ? There are plenty of people here willing to help - but we are going to need more info.

Got pictures? glass color? Something?

With a number like that it sounds like a Pearson.
Pictures will help.

PAPALAPIN

Definitely not a Kodiak Hunter...SN all wrong.

Earl could be right, or it could even be some other brand.  Like Doc sed...pics would help

What makes you say it is a Bear?  Are their any logos or names on it.

AMO 60" 45# could be anything..the SN is a mystery.

The most important part of your hunting setup is the broadhead.  The rest is just the delivery system.
