Here's a great deal on a vintage Bear quiver over on the bay.I thought it seemed a little high but it does have the accessory pouch.Hurry up and bid before I do!!!  Item #  200311870006

Wade Phillips

John - I've got an extra Elk Hide Bear - St. Charles Quiver complete with a removable pouch in better condition that I will let go for one third (1/3) that price...

This extra I have is also signed by Glenn St. Charles, and the one you mentioned is not even signed...

And I will pay the shipping as opposed to the $60 shipping this guy wants...

If you want to save yourself some real money, just let me know.

At that price, I hope that pouch contains either a Bear "Giant" Razorhead or is completely full of Fred's toenail clippings.

Trap- And a pair of Fred's used scivvies with skid marks!!

I've got a set that's nicer than that one too! I guess that makes mine worth right around $2500.

Yeah, right! CKruse

thats the highest price one I've ever seen offerd...bd

CKruse - Realistically, the seller typed in one extra zero, on that 2,000 number.

If you sell yours for $2500, I will have to put a for sale sign on my entire collection of Bear Leather Hunting Quivers...

BowDoc - Yes, that is the highest asking price I can remember seeing for any Bear Quiver.

There are a couple extremely rare and historically significant, well documented, pre-1950 Bear Leather Back Quivers that I would gladly pay $2,000 for..., but I have never seen nor heard of these individual quivers ever being offered for sale.

If one ever shows up on auction, it will likely establish a record high price for a Bear Quiver.

What is the highest price anyone has ever seen or heard of that was paid for a Bear Leather Hunting Quiver ?

My best 2 were the 1960 StCharles Nimrod Northwoods ??? 585.00 plus shipping. And the black and white dreaded unborn calf hide back quiver with matching shooting glove 675.00 plus shipping...those are my best to date...bd
