I've read these forums for years and finally decided I needed to officially register and give thanks. So, here goes. First, and foremost to my younger brother whose passion for all that is archery is unbounded, and who reawakened a desire in me that I did'nt realize I had even lost - a huge THANKS, Jeff Cooper, for getting me back into bow and arrow those 16 years ago. Starting with compounds it didn't take too many months to realize I was more into traditional bows and I ordered my first, an English longbow, thank you John Strunk! Then about a year, year and a half later I was introduced to a Wes Wallace recurve (thanks Wes) and thank you Mark Gibbons (Desertdude). And thank you Kevin Gross for just being a great friend, shooting partner and hunting partner. I LOVE this stuff and now I can get on, ask all these question that I've had in the past, and tap into this great reservior on information. Here's to the journey!

Well, Well!!  Terry it was great to see you again.  Terry and I shot as a team during the Traditional league at The archery shop I worked at. Terry is a stand up guy. I remember once he showed up to a shoot with 2 dz brand new footed arrows, true customs all the way. everyone said don't shoot those they are too nice. He just smiled and said "That's what arrows are made for, shootin" my kind of guy.  hope to see ya at the shoot sunday.  Mark

Mark, it WAS nice seeing you're still shooting and coming all the way from the desert to shoot.
Ralph, thanks very much for the welcome!
Bubba, my brother has mentioned you many times and I sure enjoyed the pictures of the two of you on your hunt last fall - it was like I was there. Thank you!
