anchor points. I'm trying to find a second solid anchor. my first is the index finger in the corner of my mouth. the second seems to change. and that has gotten me in big trouble. I have been using my thumb. tip of thumb touching cheek bone or tip com I g back to my ear. sometimes it works and other times I can't seem to get it. any suggestions?

I use middle finger in corner of mouth, thumb knuckle behind jaw bone, and feather touching tip of my nose.  Shooting split finger.

Take care,

I'm of the opinion that two anchor points are good and three is better.  For me, having extremely short arms, I have to pull a little bit past the corner of my mouth with my middle finger to be in my back correctly.  Thumb knuckle settled at the base of my ear, and the cock feather hits the tip of my nose.  I like the two solid anchor points, because in late season I wear a thick face mask, which covers my nose.  I like the solid, bone, unmovable anchors.

Double anchor is the only way that I can insure that I am not twisting my draw hand.  One thing that I have noticed with new people and getting them to find a double anchor, they tend to hang on it and contort their neck to get things to fit.  In most cases, that means that things were not correct with the drawing/anchor line up in the first place.

I anchor pretty much like Jake. Thumb knuckle in my case is the one at the base of the thumb, which suite my style with a high anchor for three finger split.
