What are your tips for first shot of the day accuracy?
I usually try to stretch a little. And picture an actual morning hunt situation.
Sometimes that first shot isn't as good as I want it.

Take a few shots while walking in or after getting out of the truck, short ones with a judo. My first shot of the day at game is NEVER my first shot of the day.

I herd or read how Fred Eichler practices.... for the most part he a one arrow only for his "practice", and that one and only arrow is all that matters. And if he does shoot more that first one is the one that stick in his head weather he shot good or not.

Since learning this I've been doing the same thing. Like one arrow before I go to work in the morning and one when my chores are finished in the afternoon.  It works! Totally committee to that ONE shot!

First shot of the day is the most important one you will make.  But it is also the hardest to execute.  On the first shot during a practice session I put the point on the target and hold till a know its the perfect shot before releasing.  

In the past I would just go out a sling a few arrows till I got warmed up.  It was a bad habit that I put behind me.  

In the field like Reddogge mentioned I try to shoot a couple judos on my way to the stand.  Also if possible I shoot a judo when I leave stand for the day where I anticipate my shot would have been.

X2 I shoot before entering the woods before daylight. I like to take a few shots to get into the "groove" and warm up a bit.

I shoot every shot as if it has to be my best shot ever... and shoot a lot... like 200 arrows a day, 6 days a week. I ALWAYS shoot before climbing down from my treestand, leaving my blind, etc.

Sorry for getting off topic above. Like Tracker says above... I make as if it is my most important shot.
