I'm a lefty shooter, and 9 times out of 10 when I miss it's high and to the right.  I know there's probably a laundry list of things I could be doing wrong, but are there a couple of possible things I could work on to resolve the problem?

A couple suggestions.

Get the arrow nock under your eye, not off to the side of your face.

If your string hand flies out from your face at release, this too could do it.

Really need to see you shoot.

Thanks, Moe.  I need to get some video, but it's tough right now.  My wife and I are busy, so I'm pretty much shooting whenever I get a chance and she may not be available to run the camera.  I'll try soon, though.  I think it's probably #2, though.  I know I pluck the string from time to time.

Shot a little yesterday and really focused on relaxing the string hand.  Groups really tightened up by then end with no fliers.  I think that might be my issue.

Yep, getting control of that release goes farther than ANYTHING else in getting your arrows to go where you want them!
