looking for Terry's form clock

I have read a few threads and people reference Terry's form clock can someone help me find,
I am lefthanded person shooting right and would like some help.
Hopefully you will see me as a better person today than I was yesterday..

I would suggest purchasing the bowhunters of tradgang video, He explains it there. I think it is about $12. I bought it about a month ago, for my 8 year old son. He watched it 5 times the first day. I think that it helped him out, that is when he is paying attention to what he is doing.
