Anybody get the shakes?

Even if you 'stop' or 'pause' at anchor, you wont shake if you will continue rearward tension.

An anchor point should never be a resting place....but instead, an evolution to execution.
Terry, I'm shooting a bow now that is 7# heavier than what I started with. Guru gave me some pointers and WOW! I know exactly what you're talking about. Even with the heavier bow....no shakes. One motion....with follow through.

Hello,
If I have not shot in a long time and am out of practice and shape, I shake too, especially if I try to hold for a moment. Also, if I get tired I will. But if I am practiced up and have shot a lot over a period of time and gotten my body and bowshooting muscles all in good shape I don't shake, unless I hold too long or get tired.

make sure you are definately drawing/holding with your back,could possibly be arm drawing/holding.
