Want to make a Formaster?

Falcon, I am just in the process of making one of the formasters for myself, getting the materials together, so I am not sure from personal use, but it seems to me that someone said on another thread that after having the formaster attached to the string and your elbow to then pull back on the bow without attaching your fingers at all to the string and this will show you exactly which muscles you should be using. Again, not sure about that as far as personal experience goes. DK.

Lon , I was going to buy one to stay in shape but caught this thread, it took 15 minutes to make and $3.00 ( for the eyelets). I want to say a big thanks to you for putting this out there.   :clapper:
