3-under shooters that shoot with a deep hook...what glove or tab do you use?

I shoot a Cavalier Tab.
It has a metal plate base,
which works great for a
deep hook. Put the string
up against the plate on
every hook up, for real
consistancy.

Bateman cordovan three under best I have found.

I have shot both the Cavalier as well as a Super Glove from 3 Rivers. This glove has the cordovan tips for a cleaner release. Best release is a Cavalier if you can shoot a tab. I just seem to shoot a glove better.

I use a regular PSE King tab from the local archery shop. Six dollars, if I recall.

I really like the Black Widow 3-under tab-got mine from 3-Rivers

Took me a few shots with the Cavalier to realize that the ledge thing doesn't work with my anchor.  I didn't realise it was for an under-the-chin anchor.  It works a lot better now that I took it off.  Nobody ever accused me of being too smart.

I've got a Cavalier split finger tab with the plate (for under chin) that I use with target bow.  But I'd like to switch 3-under and I haven't seen a Cavalier made for that.  if anyone knows of one, point me in the right direction, thanks.  Cavalier makes a great tab.

it is a personal thing. You need to try a number of tabs. Incidentally, most split finger tabs work fine for fingers under, and some top hands prefer them.

For some bows I prefer the Cavalier, split, for others a simple leather tab. I make some of mine myself when I find suitable smooth leather. Otherwise I make them from two layers of cordovan, or buy two ready made of cordovan and sew them together.

Take the top plate off and you are good to go (the finger spacer too if you are using it).  Rod Jenkins uses it that way, and many others too.

I have been using a very simple home made tab from buffalo hide. It is very thick tough leather. It provides great padding for the fingers yet the leather is soft. Works better than anything else I have tried. Shot it since last year and it still is not showing any real wear. (I shoot a lot) Give me a PM and I will be glad to send you one if you would like.
Get bamboo.
