Hi everybody. Never posted anything before but I really appreciate you all.
After new years eve I dicovered, after heavy bow training the weeks before, pain in the little finger on my left hand that holds the bow.
I shoot longbows with traditional grip. I pretty new in this domain so I wonder if this could be an effect of (poor) bowtraining or some kind of accident on New years eve (we cheer a lot in Sweden that night)?
Went to the doctor who gave me medicine but it never really helped. No fracture...
Anyone?
