No.  You would probably shoot low and left if your bow arm is collapsing.

I would guess that a right hander would shoot low and left,a left hander would shoot low and right in the case of bow hand collapse. If they had beck tension. If not then all bets are off. All bets are probably off any way.

Bob , that would be correct...unless the string hand is coming forward faster than the bowarm is collapsing.

If the bow arm is actually collapsing, i.e., moving back into you, it then has to move up as well, which would throw your arrow high and right as Rod says.  

When most people say their bow arm is collapsing, what they're really doing is dropping it, in which case the arrow would go low and left.  

If your arrow is going high and right, I guess your truly colapsing.

Thanks for the input Rod, I believe the collapse was just in the bow arm. It was a little hard to indentify, especially since I usually do not miss much to the right. But it was happening with a higher poundage bow then I usually use, so it would make some sense.

My left arm is collapsing because I have a nerve pinched in my neck.  I've found that there are two things that make it happen more.  Higher poundage (I've had to drop from 59 to 45 for the time being) causes it and also I have more trouble with high wrist grips.  I usually shoot best with them, but since I've had the nerve trouble, I collapse with them.

The worst is my Wing Thunderbird.
