I know it is my form somehow. I have played the bare shaft testing game and shot light and heavy spine arrows. But I still keep shooting right.

Now here is what is happening, when I draw and aim at the bull, it seems my bow arm is collapsing, moving my point of aim to the right. I can see it happening as I hold at full draw. My bow arm just keeps drifting to the right and I have to fight to get it back to the left. I have changed my stance and anchor point but this problem will just not go away.. Any suggestions> Thanks Roy

Back tension could be the answer Roy. If you pull and hold with your shoulder muscles then you are not using back tension to take the weight of the draw. Bow arm collapse will happen in this case. Happens to me when I shoot for long periods of time and my back muscles get tired.
Take a deep hook on the string, pull with your back muscles, not your shoulder muscles, and keep your back tension so that if you had someone put their fist between your shoulder blades your shoulder blades would squeeze their fist, then pull through the back tension which will cause a release from your fingers. Hold on target until the arrow hits the target.  
One other answer could be you are overbowed for now. Are you new at this? What is your draw weight? How does it feel drawing the bow?

ALSO, CHECK THE NOCK FIT ON YOUR STRING. IF MINE ARE TOO SNUG, THEY ALMOST ALWAYS GO RIGHT FOR SOME REASON.

Try canting your bow a little more and see if that keeps your bow arm from drifting after the shot.

Are you shooting a very tight group that is 3 inches right of a small aiming spot?

Yes

If your shooting tight groups to the right have you tried building the arrow plate out a little? Just masking tape a match to the plate moving your arrow out a little that will move point of impact to the left (right hander). Once you get the proper distance you can permantely install the shim under the arrow plate. Just a thought.

How do your bareshafts fly at 20 yards?

The arrow could also be a tiny bit week in spine.
If it is a little weak you will see more right impact at further distance.I am talking past 30 yards.

When my carbons are off so little in spine, I can barely see a little nock left at 20 yards.Usually if I can shorten them a quarter inch or drop 20 grn point weight the problem is solved.

If you can adjust the side plate out a little without getting bad bareshaft flight that will work.However if your bareshaft flight suffers you will have to adjust spine.

Is it target panic?
