I don't find any information about footing the Axis Traditional 400, the 1916 that fits perfectly a FMJ 400 is too small for the Traditional. What do you use?

Can you measure the diameter of the shaft?

I've used 2016 and 2018. Both seemed to work but I think 2016 was recommended.

I use 2018 arrows on those shafts for footings

3!Rivers also makes carbon collars for those. I don't remember the size but they have a chart that lists axis traditional 400 shafts. No cutting or anything, just glue on.

Thanks for your help, I think of using the 2016. For heavier game and I use a FMJ cut 1" shorter that I foot with a custom made 1-1/4" stainless steel that sit on the wall of the shatf and it weights 60 grs, made for hunting Cape Buffaloes. They are pricey at $2 each but bomb proof
