refinish longbow advice

Hey everyone I need a little help. I have a Kentuckian Flatbow that I want to have refinished after the archery season.. is there anyone out there can do this??? If its a damp morning the bow hazes up, kinda milky looking.. any help would be so greatful...God bless.   :pray:

Never measure the mountain until you have reached the top, then you will see how low it is.
