Well, I didn't see a MCAAP 2017 thread, maybe I missed it. Otherwise, I figured I'd start one. I got picked with my group for Oct. 13-15 in Boggy. I've hunted Deer Creek before and I've got some intel to swap if anyone can put up, or PM info for Boggy that would be great!!

Quality pass for me! Going to deer creek solo on Halloween week (whatever those dates are).

Yet again...not me. But I know one lucky guy who has some greats dates!

Didn't draw this year maybe next year

Only experience is with Hominy, didn't draw this year.

Boggy is the only area I haven't hunted much, but I hav deer creek nov 3 and hominy nov 9.

How's everyone doing? I saw an absolute TOAD on the FaceSpace that someone got recently.

I stuck a nice 8pt, but couldn't find it.  Bummer.  They were definitely moving though and some studs were killed.

I graduated high school just outside the gates there in Savanna, never hunted it because I couldn't be bothered by some old fashioned bow. Now I live completely in the opposite side of the state and only bow I use is a stick. I've got to start putting in for this hunt.

2 of the top ten most wanted were killed this weekend, both scored in the low 170's.  Heartbreaker and I believe the second one was named Eclipse.

They actually found my buck today!

Picked him up today. He had a little ground shrinkage, but he's a fine buck.

Awesome! That's a heckuva drive, just made a similar one from the NW DFW area near Rhome back to Oklahoma.
