I am curious on opinions or experiences on how much wraps or cresting/dips may affect arrow spine, if any??

I was able to weigh my onestringer wrap.  The wrap is 7"x 1" and weighs in at 8 grains.  Dips can be measured for weight, just weigh shafts prior to dipping and after.  The wrap is a tiny difference in making the arrow slightly stiff.  8 grains aint much...paint weighs more.

Adding weight to the rear will stiffen an arrow. The weight of the wrap is so light and spread over 7" long it will have little affect?I always wrap my carbon arrows and have my wraps on when tuning my arrows.

My experience is that if an 8 grain wrap makes your arrow too stiff, then you were not tuned great to begin with.

I shoot wraps on every arrow I shoot.  No reason such a small change should affect tune unless you were too stiff to begin with.

We know that adding weight to the rear of the arrow will make it "act" stiffer.  Unless you're already pushing the spine envelope, a wrap or cresting would be negligible and I doubt 99.99% of us would notice.

It's been my observation that most "trad" guys shoot arrows that are way too stiff to start with, so a little extra probably won't hurt.

I always have wraps or paint caps on carbons/aluminums when I bareshaft so it is already factored in.  I really liked the reflective wraps until I weighed them and until I tried to remove one (this may have been the offbrand wrap or it may have been the particular carbon shaft I was using).  I struggle to find good carbons in light spine weight for my 42# longbow---so weight and spine may be issues for me but not to others...  Wraps sure do help you find your arrow after the shot whether hunting, stumping or 3D...
