I'd like to thank everyone that braved the rainy weekend weather forecast. I understand how forecasts like that affect travel plans, BUT, the only time it rained was a pretty good shower Friday afternoon for about twenty minutes. Other than that the weather was great, not too hot, but with weather in Alabama, humid. As usual the weather forecasters were WRONG!!
Had some outstanding shooters and heard many times it was probably the best course EVER!!

I'll be posting the winners a little later.

As usual, it was a great shoot. This was the eighth year that I attended and really had fun. I agree that the course was one of the best ever.

Yeah, the big rain caught me out in the course. I guess there is no drought in McCalla, AL. That 20 minute shower dumped a lot of water, then poof, it was gone.

I met some new folks and shot with some old friends.

Terry and his band of merry husbands and wives and assorted thieves     did another Outstanding job on setting up the range, controlling the crowds, answering all the questions and simply putting on a class act shoot!

Don't feel bad Corey as the Supreme Leader and Captain of the F. R. O. G Team there a certain notoriety that comes with the position.

This tends to have complete strangers as in Greggs case introducing themselves and extending offers of friendships, and generally anything in between.

Tends to be a problem at time though with complete strangers wanting to hug me.
