I know the feeling two back surgeries, total knee, shoulder rotator cuff/spur, and just 10 days ago cochlear implant.  But I shooting pain free and enjoying life again.  I'd be in a wheel chair without modern medicine.

I have had 2 rotator cuff and 2 back surgeries. PT and time will heal. Take it slow, there is hope.
