I was wondering if anyone has used both old and new bear broadheads and can comment on their "sharpenability?" I love the old super razorheads, 3 or 4 licks with a swiss file, diamond honing then stropping and you would wince on how sharp they get.  Im sure the new SS versions get sharp but do they take us much work as other SS broadheads?

I use all the models and I still like the old greenies from grayling. I can get them super sharp with just a file and a leather belt. Super Razorheads are good to but I don't think they sharpen as easy for me with a file. Same with the SS model. Seems like a different steel maybe.

I never thought the Super Razor heads were a better idea .
The old greenies were the best .

I could get the greenies sharp, but I never could get a really good edge on the stainless ones.
