Too late. I could have waited another month or 2 and have sold for a higher price. But I was running out of room. I sold my compound and my wife's old starter compound (she still has her good one) to free up wall space. This frees up space for the 2 short bows we have (52") and I could probably fit 2 more short bows in this space now!
Life can be complicated. Hunting shouldn't be.

Welcome.  Archery life is a wonderful life!  I have been on an "archery" journey for 50+ years.  Selfbows, wood laminated bows, fiberglass bows, longbows, recurve bows, and yes compound bows.  My favorite are my hybrid long bows I make myself - but they are all good and I like shooting and hunting with them all!  Enjoy!
Enjoy the hunt!  - Mitch

Make time to shoot everyday but don't go overboard on the number of arrows, quality is better than quantity. Organize your practice, don't just fling arrows. Know where you are going and plan how to get there. The journey will be fun.
Lefties are the only ones who hold the bow in the right hand.

I am always surprised by the number of former compound shooters who have made the change. What is surprising is that most had developed very great accuracy with wheels but lost the fun.

I am one of those who has always shot trad since I started shooting (sometimes off and on) in 1959. My "conversion" came when I changed over to the longbow.
