I have a new TallTines on order, hoping if everyone who has a TallTines could post pics of the animals they've taken with it?

Bow arrow and broadhead specs, shot distance etc would be great. Hoping it will help pass the time while I wait for mine to come.

Thanks!

Manitoba Stickflinger

This was my first TT kill. 47 lb 60" r/c only drawn to 44lbs. 550 gr arrow at 12 yards passed through. That's a phenolic riser and myrtle limbs under the ice and snow!

Manitoba Stickflinger

#56 62" TT l/b. D shaped. 550 gr. arrow pass through at 12 yards.

Manitoba Stickflinger

My largest Trad buck with a 62" #56 long riser r/c. Same distance as always and arrow set up.

Manitoba Stickflinger

#58, 58" TT r/c same arrow combo at 8 yards on the ground. Shot through one shoulder into the other...no pass through.

Manitoba Stickflinger

Same bow and arrow combo, 13 yards pass through and stuck the arrow in the drum.

Thank you! Manitoba Stickflinger is responsible for that bear. As you can see I used a wide variety of arrow setups. I have found my ideal one though:

Trad Only 300 cut to 31 inches, 3 fletched 4 inches, 100 grain brass insert, 100 grain steel insert, 190 gr Meathead. Total arrow weight is 680 grains with 25% FOC.

I love my D shaped longbow from Brian. I own a couple of his hybrids which are awesome but I keep picking up my old longbow. I can't get over how smooth it is and how deadly quiet it is.
