I was lucky enough to spend Christmas with my fiance Lea Ann, in Arkansas. I had taken the arrows I had made her with me, and wanted to see how they flew out of her bow. I arrived on the 16th december, but it took me until New Years Eve to get her to shoot them because she said they were 'too pretty and I don't want to get them dirty'. Anyway, she needn't have worried. I had taught her to shoot last year when I was there and so after a quick recap, she started shooting. Boy did she start shooting! She was shooting at a piece of old carpet at about twenty yards and grouping them within a ten inch circle! I've got some competition there. Oh, and the arrows flew beautiful as well. Here she is with the bow I bought her off ebay and Tamure's armguard that I won on the St Judes auction.

Nice looking set up.  Matching woodies to the bow without the bow or archer is not easy, good job!

What kind of bow is that???

It's a #36 Indian but I can't remember what model. It was the first time I had gotten to check it out since I had bought it for her, and was expecting to do somework on it. But it's quite a sweet little bow, and all I have to do now is make her a spare string. I think I paid about $40 for it, so it was a snap.
Charles. Oh yes! I've already been told by the owner that I HAVE to come and shoot them when I move there. 125 acres of deer, racoons and a few coyotes...as well as a few snakes as well. It's a dirty job, but someone's gotta do it   :D
