found this last spring looking for turkeys:

went back there a week ago and some nut is using it to get up and down to a hang-on treestand....so I guess I 'found one'  lol

While hunting in a ghillie suit at times I attracted subtle attention... these guys were close.
Do you like the grays double nut technique?

Hunting in a hedge row between two fields one evening I was treated to this sunset as it overwhelmed a deep blue October sky...

This was one of those really amazingly frosty November mornings. Walking out to my spot it's as if it snowed everything is so coated in such a heavy frost... as the sun began to rise I knew it was special and tried to capture some piece of it with my cell camera. You can see my glove in the top corners of the photo trying to shield the lenses from the direct light. The last photo was my favorite non critter photo of the season...

Hey guys this is one of my favorite threads... any new photographs?

24 hours of consistent fog and drizzling rain made for a cool day of stalking...

A classic fall day as I hunted in a deep goldenrod covered drainage ditch between thick bedding area and fields...

Glad you brought this thread back up James... It's one of my favorites too.  And you started it back up with some awesome pics!  Here are some of mine from this season...
