I've always shot aluminum and wood arrows, but want to try some carbons with a 62" AMO Martin Stick, 55# @ 28". I am drawing 28" on the nose. The bow is not cut to center, and has a really tiny shelf (about 1/4" wide) so I want a small diameter arrow. Do I need a weaker than normal spine since it is not cut to center? Any advice would be appreciated.

Try a Axis 500, start it at 30"s and put 225 on it and cut until it bare-shafts for ya. If ya want to leave them at 30"s 175 grains up front or so may work. Shawn
