Nothing extraordinary so far this year.  Just standard size Treeshark holes.

Awesome wounds. Some of those sharp angled entries really open them up.

one thing no matter the head that is shown here....keep them scary sharp on a reasonably weighted shaft and then shot placement.

Seem some very devastating holes from multiple brands and weights of head....and mysteriously nobody is saying it was only due to single vs double bevel or EFOC....just good shooting with solid accurate gear and reasonable distances.
Keep em sharp,

This is a fun thread. Lets bring it back up one more time for this season's carnage, and our new members.
Plant a fruit or nut tree today, and have good hunting tomorrow.

maybe just me, but it seems we are giving fodder to anti hunters here. close up pics of wounds, probably not the best thing to post on the internet.
sorry if I offend, just hate to see us supply the pics for negative press.

No offense but ducking and running is not why this site was built. Terry can correct me if I`m wrong. This is reality and I bet more than one has decided on what broadhead to try by looking at this thread.
Lots of sites for Antis to enjoy where no animals are taken. Here, we try enjoy the outdoors and do what was made into man from the beginning.Good hunting,..RC

I understand what Hill Hunter and RC are saying.

Sometimes I catch myself worrying about what others are going to say to me when I tell them I hunt..ie..'should I post this pic of my first trad deer on facebook?".

In the end, I did post it.
because deep down and through and through, I agree with RC.
Hunting is legal, I'm not going to criminalize it just to be PC.

I hunt, I kill, I eat.... That's me.
There are 1000's of others like me.

And as twisted as it sounds..there is WAAAAYY too much $$$$ spent ( and made) on hunting in this country for it to become illegal.

if we're going to worry about our hunting rights we should focus on being ethical. And not hide it.

I believe one thing we should worry about is gun rights.
That is where it will start....if it ever does.

Don't hunt to kill, if I kill is because I've hunted.
