Hi all, I've got my limbs and riser made for my pronounced TD longbow.  I'm trying to decide how to shape the transition between the limbs and the riser.  Any good photos of any TD longbows with limbs attached would be appreciated to help me decide how to shape it.  I'm on business travel this weeks so you have 5 days to dig up some photos.  Thanks for the help!  Steve

Thanks, Scattershot.  That's a beautiful slim riser that keeps it looking like a longbow.  Not sure I trust my bow making skills to remove that much wood!  Maybe next bow. May use those lines, though...just a little thicker!

I'll be out in you woods this week for business.  I should have planned ahead to bring a bow...maybe next trip we can shoot some.  Will be heading for a quick drive through the mountains this afternoon and hitting Bass Pro and  Gander mountain as well looking at binocs, etc.  Cheers,  Steve

Oh, gotta be some more pround owners and bowyers with photos.  Almost better'n your kids/grandkids.

Well, wish I could meet you, too, but I'm in Dallas taking care of a family emergency. maybe next time.

Regards,
Gene

Forgot to mention, if you have time stop by Rocky Mountain Specialty Gear at 52nd and Sheridan. Great trad shop, and great folks. Tell Tom hello for me.
