Thanks all, forgot to mention in the specs, those are veneers that my bro and I ground, our 1st attempt. Takes a 1x2-5' to make a bow. This bow only has 2 lams like a recurve with a short power lam over the riser. Any thoughts about how it'll hold up?
Stay sharp, Kenny.

OK,took her over to my neighbors chrono along with my 60", 53# @ 28" MOAB

My new bow is 64", 52# @28"

These were not measured draws, but had 3 guys shoot thru and averaged.

These bows shot within 1 fps of each other overall

525grn arra- 181 fps
702grn arra 160 fps

The 64" bow might have been very slightly quieter, not enough to be sure.

On a side note, last winter with a measured 28" draw, the MOAB shot the 525 grn arra 184 fps

Remember this was no kind of accurate test, just an impromptu session!!
Stay sharp, Kenny.
