Looking for some hats

I am fairly new to traditional archery and I have a problem. I have been looking for a short brimmed hat to wear when I shoot my recurve. I have one but it is still hits my string. I hate having to turn my ball cap around. I'm looking for something like the one Larry D. Jones wears. If anybody has one or knows where to find one I would appreciate it. Thanks,

Oh yeah, hats. Cant your bow, sometimes I am wearing my Stetson and have no problem when I cant the bow. IMHO

Stetson thats a cologen isn't it   :D   what could that have in getting in the way of. Except smelling good

I saw on the Sweat thread that Terry also used one of those australian hats with the side of the brim pinned up.  How'd that work for you?

I looked in Wal-Mart, found a big shelf (Men's Dept). full of Fedora's. Very short brims, light weight canvas? (cloth) perfect for summer. $9. I'm bald and need the protection from the sun.

It came not in a fancy box adorned with Asian Silk
It can't be classed as haute couture, or any of that ilk
It's just a simple brown felt hat that has no pedigree
More suited to an archer's camp, than a fancy shivaree

It hangs there by a single nail upon my bedroom wall
It's walked with me on pleasant days; in snow and northern squall
To keep the rays of sun at bay, or turn away the rain
Then back upon the wall once more, until we go again

It can not fletch a single shaft, nor string my favorite bow

Okbowman try Akubra hats.I wear the Drover its got A wide brim but its soft and it will roll back if you pull the string to it.
