Biggie, Those are varieties of Domestic Turkeys.  They can become feral like hogs but most are too fat to leave the feeder.  Back in the 80s, Ft Campbell, KY had open season during deer season for feral turkeys.  Think of varieties such as chickens, pigeons, doves, cattle...go to the next county fair near you..the FFA folks will surely have some different turkey varieties...and they won't be Easterns, Osceolas, Rios, or Merriams either.
