Thus far it's my Chek-Mate (Hunter 1) recurve, and I have shot a few bigger name bows, but this is the one.

For me the best takedown recurve is the DAS.I agree with Whip that properly matched arrows is the number one key to accurate shooting. The DAS makes tuning easy. The mass weight of the riser helps a little also tiller is adjustable to individual style.

A custom 100% manmade Harold Couch 2 piece takedown its 60" and 64#@28" he is a great bowyer, and a good friend, and stands behind his bows 100%

I find I can shoot any bow I pick up with well matched arrows and under 70#s about the same after 5-10 shots. I do shoot my Kwyk Styk and RER better than the rest though. Shawn

Grendal,
I find your commentary borderline unacceptable.

That is because these guys are going out of their way to answer the question in a more in-depth way, by giving the background and reasoning behind their decisions.

If you disagree with their commentary, take it up with a moderator.

I posted the original question (I am now on a different computer). I understand that shooting styles and experience with bows differs between each of us and that not everyone will agree that one bow is most accurate for all shooters. I am just curious as to what bows you have personally shot the most consistently accurate with.

The most accurate (read: forgiving) takedown recurve I've ever owned was probably by Hoyt Avalon Plus target bow. It was a 25" Fita riser with long ILF limbs. Not terribly practical for hunting, so I sold it.

Longdraw

For me:

1. Dalaa

2. Chekmate Hunter II

3. Robertson Vision Falcon

But that's only me.    :archer:
