Does anyone have the plans for building a fletching cover? I'd like to make myself a couple for this Fall. Thanks in advance!

you could ask Terry Green, he had a nice one in his pic from TS sweat

The one Terry uses came from Bob Morrison. You might ask Bob. Did ya get the new cheyenne yet? You might just buy one from Bob as they are pretty cheap and just copy from it!

I bought one from 3 Rivers last year. Good concept but there has got to be a better one.

I just used a pant leg from an old pair of camo pants. Sewed in a liner, used some real small bungee cord and it has worked great for 2 years now. Might get a little water in it when in the middle of a heavy down pour or day long drizzle but I also treat the fletching with the powder you can get from 3 Rivers. Never had a problem. But then in my area it doesn't get near as wet as some others.

I make mine out of camo mosquito netting, not waterproof but they work very well, take a piece of skeeter net about 6" wide and about 32" long fold over the last two inches to make a J then simply hand sew those two 2" edges, this covers the fletch as well as the arrows shafts, use velcro tape on the top of the  net and the other half strip on the hood of your quiver, just place the J part over your nocks and velcro to the top of your quiver--------done

this is very effective way to hide fletch as well as shiny shafts, I leave one arrow exposed, if you need a second shot just pop the skeeter net off the next nock,

netting is very light wont absorb water and very cheap, if i get in thick brush i take it off so it doesnt get hung up, I carry a couple with me in case I lose one.

here in CO reflection or shine is far more important then camo color, I see quiver loaded with new arrows they look like a signal mirror, same goes for bow limbs.

I made mine and my son's out of camo pant legs too.

I attached a small elastic cord, and I waterproofed them with Camp-Kote water-stain proofing. They are 6 years old and still shed water like a duck's back!!!!!
I only shoot WOOD arrows... My kid makes them, fast as I can break them!

I had Jeff from Grey Wolf Woolens make me one out of his wolfskin fabric.  Soft, quiet, and fairly waterproof.  I don't remember the dimensions, but I jsut had him sew up a rectangle to what I wanted and install a metal grommet at each corner of the open end.  I used my own shock cord to attach it to my quiver.

Thanks Whip. Look pretty simple and effective. I'll be taking a trip to Wally World for material later.

I have a friend that uses his wifes old pantyhose and bunji cords to hold it on the quiver, course this guy also uses a diafram for turkeys, getting worried about hunting with him!!
