HACKSAW

Anyone out there shooting an Ace Super Express 175.
I am looking to make a heavy arrow for moose.
Have always loved the looks of them.
Would love to hear about any big game kills and how they worked out.
Thanks

Hacksaw,
Haven't had a kill yet, hope to hear in the next couple weeks with that BH. Give Bob a call, no one finer to deal with. 1-877-549-3444 or ace@acearcherytackle.com.

I have been shooting the Ace Super Express 175 for 3 seasons now and I wouldn't shoot any other broadhead. It's like shooting an axe! Combine the heavy head with a heavy ash shaft and you have a combination that hits like an anvil. I shot a doe two seasons ago and she fell over like I'd smacked her with a hammer. The broadhead is easy to sharpen and keeps an edge. I highly recommend it!

Thanks Guys
I think I will order some and see how they fly with my sticks. I am going to add 100gr. inserts and shoot them out of carbons. I have to weigh the shafts to see where I am. I have never tried to set out to front load an arrow. I am interested to see the results. Moose will be a whole new ballgame.

I've never shot the Super Express heads, but I've had the pleasure of sending 125-grain Standards through things ranging from squirrels and grouse to elk and moose. Bob makes a great broadhead. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Top notch heads, I have never used the 175's but have the 100, 125 and 200's and you can't beat them!

Shot a spike buck with it. BH flies great, spins true, and sharpens easily. First head I've shot where I could hear the ribs break!

I have seen the holes that dhaverstick's Ace Super Expresses make. You will not be disappointed.

Bowspirit

Think we all saw those holes. Sure gave me faith in 2-blade heads again...
