**DONOTDELETE**

We have several Turkey farms in my area, but these are commercial farms, and the birds are white....Are these white feathers used often? I could easily get my hands on as many as i want.

Do you need to wash them or do anything to preserve them? i could go get a batch and share the wealth with a bunch of Trad gangers if i knew what to do here....Kirk

What about Chicken feathers? i can get tons of those easily too....Kirk

Great post Jason, I have a bunch of turkey feathers I have been saving for just this very thing.  I am going to give it a whirl but don't be surprised if I give you a call if I mess up  :bigsmyl:

LOL,,,no problem,, its real easy and as simple as it gets,,I think.  :bigsmyl:

I think the farm feathers would work as long as they are strong yet.. I want to say that they clip the primary feathers,, someone else might know more thatn me on that. Only way to find out is to give it a try.

GREAT PICS AND NICE TUTORIAL.  I'VE GOT 2 SETS OF WINGS IN THE FREEZER (MY WIFE LOVES THIS BY THE WAY) AND NOW I DON'T HAVE ANY EXCUSE NOT TO GET THEM OUT.
