Greetings:

I picked up a compound bow about a year ago, and in November I switched to a longbow.  I really prefer shooting without all the gewgaw.

I'm making decent progress on my own, but I'd like some help getting better.  Any advice for teachers/learning in the Denver, CO area?

Thanks...
Mike McHugh

Mike, your best bet is to hook up with some other trad guys.  Try going to Rocky Mountain Specialty Gear when Tom (the owner) is around.  Take your bow as he has a place to shoot at the store.  He has shot for a long time and could definitely give you some advice.  Also a good place to get what you need for shooting.
