I think I might be an addict. I keep buying, trading bows, arrows, knives. My wife is threatning divorce or straight jacket. Pakages arriving and being shipped daily, bank account going down, late hours on the "puter. I hope with my Roberston, Shawnee, and a Silver Fox coming I am done with bows for a while, now I am wanting to make arrows. And don't get me started on knives. HELP!!! Is there a cure? LOL Anybody else having theese problems?  :knothead:    :knothead:

What is this problem you speak of?

I solved it!   I decided to exersise will power and opt for specialization... one type of bow.   Perfect solution... i think... you see, I am now up to 20 Howard Hill bows... the postman is still almost a family member and I'm wondering if a 70 year old can still get a paper route, but I hate to take a job from a little boy...

You're as normal as normal can be for around here.
It starts with an interest, the interest becomes a passion, the passion becomes an obsession, the obsession becomes a big bank breaking room full of toys.

How About This?...Just say..."Honey, would you like me to build another room on the house for all my archery stuff?"...That will get her to thinking...MMmmmm...Then she might come back with..."Well, that's a good idea!...How about two rooms?...One for your stuff... :D ... and the other for when Uncle Dracula... ... (whoever) comes to town?"

Bet THAT will make your day!!!

You don't have any problem, seem quite normal to me. That's how I behave, act, think and dream.Just convince yourself (and your spouse)that you are investing in your grandchildrens future by collecting the finest archery equipment of the modern era and that someday, these items will be of significant value to a collector (like ourselves) Besides..we can never have too many toys.

That's just not fair James...that's the ultimate gift for any girl! Can you talk to Frank for me?  :D

Aaaaaaaggggghhhhhhh!
I am now starting to doubt the choice I made 24 years ago! Of course, I was  working  horses back then, so it was not a criterion.

Do over?  :)
Uh-oh, he might read this... and I am the one with too many bows  :o

I think you and I can help each other. I need to sell and you obviously need to buy  :biglaugh:

I figure it's ok to keep buying until I find the "right" one. I'll start worrying after I have "the one".
Is it September yet?!
