I have been shooting GT5575s @ 29"bop, 4x50grs brass weights and 125gr points,
from my 64" 48#@28" Horne Hunter longbow.

This gives excellent flight and unbelievable penetration in all kinds of targets.

Now i bought recurve limbs 62" 48#@28" and the arrows fly clearly weak w 4x50 grs. But they do fly well with 3x50grs and 2x50grs.

However, both for penetration and for shooting noise i would like a heavier arrow. 3weights and an 8gpi tube should yield 700grs. Moving @ 150fps it should be a whack. I cant hit a thing past about 15m so i care not about trajectory

Question: if i fill the arrow with a weight tube, will it fly the same? Or will it fly weaker/stronger?

Weight tubes don't change spine at all, in my experience.

They will let you drop the point weight though, which should solve your weak dynamic spine problem.
