need help posting pics

I need some help. I am wanting to post pics of the bow I have for sale in the Classifieds-traditional bows section, title of the ad is  F/S Ancient Spirits Thunderhawk. I can send pics if someone could post a few for me, or give me some detailed instructions and I'll try it. Thanks for any help,

if you open a free photbucket.com  account you down load the pic on there and then just copy and paste the image code in your post
