LOL.... actually we just built a rolling assemby/work station so all the crap from the shop is pushed to the back half... (EXCUSE)

yeah... its just our work shop the rest of the basement is finished and carpeted with a drop ceiling...etc.

ironrhino... just read this thread through this morning... many thanks for a fun time.  In a fit of midnight madness last night I tried to do a little preaching on one of the "equipment defines tradition" threads... ouch.   Thanks for the antidote.    You guys have the right attitude and are having the fun... and thus may it always be.

As an aside, you mentioned your rolling work station.   I spent this winter putting my entire shop on wheels... every tool and bench is now mobile and it's easy to keep things neat.  Lordy, I wish I'd done it years ago.
