I have posted a couple of times trying to find out the recommended brace height for the bow I got last week.I have not gotten a single response. It is a double shelf Bear Cub. It is 62" and 44# at 28". I believe it is a 1954 bow. Does anyone have a guess at BH? Thanks.

My guess......and what I usually do with an unknown, start around 7"-7 1/2" and adjust for good arrow flight, string noise, ect. from there.

I have to agree with varmint.  Start as he said, but in the end, you have to shoot a bunch of arrows and see what is right for the bow, your arrows, yours shooting style.  Don't wait for an answer, just start playing!
