I use the full shot.  The first one I got was off the St. Judes auction and was used.  Bought a new one several years later and last year I bought my 3rd one...  after 5 years!  In my opinion they ARE  the best made glove!  Period!!!

So it's the big shot. But different models.  I didn't know if the leather itself needed breaking in. But I guess not.  It has the slick surface like the glove I have. But these big shot gloves you guys are showing me has more form fitting finger tips than mine. Maybe mine is a size too small. I have a hard time getting my fingers in it.  I think I'd like the hloves I see here.  Is the sizing accurate?

Ordered my first Big Shot today. This should be interesting, I've been a tab shooter for years and could never find a glove I liked. I figure if this one doesn't do it for me then maybe I'm just a tab guy after all.   :archer2:

Like the discussion on the "process" to help others arrive at their best choice.  That is what it is all about.  Also, the tips on how to maintain a good glove, or tab.  Really can't go wrong with American leathers.  Well worth the cost.

For me these gloves really shine at the upper end of your poundage range/limit.  When I'm shooting the heavier bows in my stable I appreciate the added/extra finger protection these gloves provide.  Also, as I have probably drilled into the dirt, for when I am doing extended shooting, or shooting until my body can't any longer.  The finger protection that American Leathers gloves provide is excellent.

That is some truly sad news. In addition to starting American Leathers he also was the founder of Idaho Traditional Bowhunters. Thoughts and prayers for his wife Lori and their family.   :campfire:

I just got off the phone with Lori and they are going to continue with the business as John would want she said. Good news as the legacy will live on.  :clapper:

That is some good news Terry. It is reminiscent of Teresa Asbell when Fred passed.

That is both sad news and good news.
The Bigshot Crossover is my favorite shooting glove, and I have tried many.

I recieved my first Big Shot Elk glove two weeks ago. I've been a tab shooter for years because I couldn't find a glove I liked, and I tried a lot.
I've been shooting the Big Shot for a couple of weeks now and I think I've finally found my glove. It far exceeds any glove I've ever shot. So glad I finally tried one.
My expensive tab may now be my backup.  :archer2:

I have both the Bigshot Elk and the modified Kangaroo Crossover with Buffalo layer.  It is indeed great news to hear to company will continue.  Great product, super people.  Some of the best finger protection out there.  Wishing all the best!

Just got some Carbon Express arrows back from fletcher, I never have luck fletching skinny arrows being a wood shooter, and the first ten had 8 one at a time, on a dime sized dot and 2 about 1/2" out.  I'm not saying it was the AL glove, but anyone who has seen me shoot knows it probably wasn't me!!!
